Growing Potential is proud to be delivering the CARE Project.
The CARE Project is here for you—whether you have a disability, support someone who does, or work as a service provider in the industry. Everyone is welcome, including those not eligible for the NDIS. Our programs are tailored to meet the needs of culturally diverse communities, with a focus on First Nations peoples.
OUR GOAL IS TO HELP YOU:

- Advocate for your rights with confidence.
- Build relationships and connect with peers.
- Navigate disability, health, and community services.
- Gain independence and contribute to your community.
The CARE Project is funded by the Australian Government, Department of Social Services (DSS), through the Information, Linkages, and Capacity Building (ILC) program, under the Individual Capacity Building (ICB) stream.
