Growing Early Minds’ Mobile Community Hub provides links and easy access to services for families and their children.

Using a familiar, friendly space, such as a school or community centre, we give families supportive, easy to access services including health, learning, educating support.

Mobile Community Hub includes a range of programs, which focus on building meaningful interactions between child and caregiver, as well as focus on health and wellbeing. Programs include supported playgroups, developmental checks, parenting programs, health checks, Indigenous support, and more.
