Patrick has held senior HR roles, where he partnered with Boards and executives to align people strategies with business outcomes. His expertise includes HR strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, change management, workforce transformation and risk and compliance across diverse industries.
A passionate advocate for community development, Patrick has collaborated with councils and organisations in Western Sydney to deliver people centric initiatives promoting leadership, inclusion, participation, employment, workplace health and safety and sustainability.
