Margaret’s three-decade career began as an Early Childhood Teacher and organically evolved into leadership roles in teaching, management, training, and quality assurance across private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.

Margaret is passionate about quality and continuous improvement, especially in relation to providing quality services and positive outcomes for children and communities.

Her skills in leadership, training development, quality improvement, and auditing are complemented by a thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQS) for Early Childhood Education and Care, ISO 9001, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Beyond work, Margaret is an avid footballer (soccer player) and enjoys painting pet portraits and spending time with her large extended family.
